Property Management
We will provide a dedicated member of staff to manage your property and will be available to you and the tenant seven day’s a week. We will deal with the tenant throughout the tenancy and we have qualified tradesmen to deal with any issues that might arise. Lease renewal and renegotiation is a service we will provide at no extra cost at the end of the lease agreement, it is in our interest to ensure that a good tenant remains in the property for as long as possible. Letting Agents
Our let only service includes a free rental valuation and free marking on dublinlets.ie , daft.ie, propertyweek.ie, myhome2let.ie and RE/MAX Ireland, a ‘to-let’ sign, if appropriate, will be provided. We will attend all viewings and select appropriate tenants after we have check their references and letting history. Dublinlets will draw up the lease, collect the deposit and the first month rent.
